Very true but then you have to consider the keeper, he is the last line of defence.

For once i dont blame Slade today because i have conceded defeat with him.

I now blame our owner for sitting back and allowing for mediocrity out of spite because he picked this cretin.

I was right behind the line of the shot for the first Wednesday goal and I don't think Marshall had much chance as it went just inside the post.


Forestieri on the other hand had enough time to pick his spot three or four times longer than he actually took. Very poor defender from our CM.

I am no Slade fan but I will say this for him - his post match summaries of the game are pretty accurate. He seems to be able to spot where things are going wrong and what needs to be done.

Then next game he makes absolutely no attempt whatsoever to address those deficiencies and the same things happen again and again.

Just not up to the job I'm afraid.
