ROONEY SET FOR CHINA OFFER
Sky Sports
Wayne Rooney…to China?!? Well, according to the Daily Mail, the Manchester United forward will receive a three-year, £75m deal to join the Chinese Super League.
It doesn't say when, or whether he's more likely to accept than a potential move to the MLS, but his most likely destination reportedly would be Shanghai SIPG, the team currently managed by former England boss Sven Goran Eriksson.
The United man still has three years left on his contract, but the Chinese Super League wants to make Rooney, and potentially Chelsea’s John Terry, their marquee players.

If I were Utd and a big offer came in I'd get rid. He's been a great servant to the club but he's the past. Big rumours around Neymar and he was close to signing in the summer.

It doesn't matter if the club accept it, Rooney has to sign on the dotted line. Commercially he is proably worth that in a league trying to get in on big time football. Not long ago owners were hanged for match fixing...
Can't see it myself. His mrs will fancy NY or LA, surely ?

Other than Real Madrid and maybe Barcelona as well, Man Utd are the next biggest football club in the world. A lot of rumours that Neymar wanted to go and is holding back signing a new contract at Barcelona for that reason.
Have a feeling that next summer they'll break the bank to sign Neymar and try and get Bale.
