" SLADE IN/OUT POLL "

Wed Dec 09, 2015 10:52 am

I noticed that Nukes asked this question at the start of November and a massive 86% wanted Slade out (141 people voted) at that time, as we move towards Christmas sitting in 6th place with a rumour that Tan will commit transfer funds to Slade if he can maintain his current league position until January, I was wondering if the sway may be turning more in Slade's favour? or more than the 14% who wanted him to stay at the last vote anyway.

Yet another poll will reveal the fans feelings.....

Been saying it all year and I haven't seen anything on the pitch to change my mind. And I doubt very much I will.

Nothing fickle about my view of Slade, I have consistently said he is not good enough at Championship level, and I still hold that view

:sladein: regardless of the weekends performance or next weeks results. They are two good teams.

But do this poll again if we lose to Sheffield W and it will all change again. As our fans dont seem to understand how difficult this league is.

If Slade finishes top 6 as he said he would, I will be more sympathetic towards him. Until then I remain sceptical of his talent as a manager, personally, I don't think he can deliver a top 6 place. The football is dire so there is no leeway other than getting top 6.

Outside top 6 and continued bore fests, he has to leave, it's unreasonable of the club to ask fans to pay for another season with him there.

The bale song at Wales songs is beyond annoying.

Why do they try and jump on the Welsh teams success to plug their independence crap.

I'm sick of all this.....have some respect for our manager. He may not have been the manager we wanted, but he is here and working hard under difficult circumstances. He has been told to trim the squad of our high earners and still try and compete, which he has done. He has been told to get us in the top six, which he has done. Ask some of the so called big clubs below us in the league if they would swap positions with us and I know the answer. 20 years ago we would have been doing cartwheels up the street if we were 6th in the championship........maybe we have had too much success over the last 8 or 9 years and forgot where we came from.........fickle is not the word......get behind the manager, players and the club and enjoy the ride that is football and especially Cardiff city. :bluebird: :ayatollah: :bluescarf:

The next three games are crucial. I'm slightly on the fence until they're all played. But at this moment in time, keeping Slade seems like a reasonable decision. Let's wait until the summer to make a change...we're pretty safe this season now, mid table at worst, so let's see what position we're in come summer.

Slade has drastically cut our budget, hasn't been given a penny to spend this season and has still incredibly managed to keep us challenging up in 6th.

I really do give up when the majority still want Slade out in our current circumstances.

No he hasn't. 2 loan signings, 2 free transfers and Saadi who's a Tan signing. Slade hasn't been given a single penny to spend this season.
