Cardiff winger chased by Premier League clubs

Bournemouth and Norwich are both eyeing moves for Craig Noone, according to reports
The 28-year old is currently struggling to get much action for the Bluebirds, featuring just seven times for the club so far this year.
If he decides he wants more game-time, then he won’t be short of options, with both Bournemouth and Norwich keen to do business. Both sides are looking to add some more fire-power to their attack in January and they both view him as a signing that could help do just that.
Plus, he would be available on the cheap, which is another bonus to the two clubs.
However, despite his lack of game-time, Noone is still loved by fans at Cardiff and Bluebirds boss Russell Slade is also reluctant to let him leave. However, if the right offer came in from either of the two Prem new-boys, then they could tempt the club into letting him leave.
Noone has been at the Welsh club for three years. In that time, he has played close to 100 games, banged in 13 goals and terrorised defences on the wing. Not only is he a good crosser of the ball and a good attacking threat but he has also been known to get back and put a shift in defensively too.
He could be a bargain buy for either of Norwich or Bournemouth if Cardiff do decide to let him leave. Either way, there will certainly be a battle for his signature when the winter transfer window opens in January.

SELL SELL SELL.
Not got the right attitude sadly, he showed glimpses of class over the past few seasons but not nearly enough. The fact he is commanding such a fee is remarkable.

Good opportunity to thank him for his service and cash in. Get the debt down and let some youth shine.

Sell him, then play Kennedy in his place.

I agree with most of your post but I dont think his attitude can be questioned.

Why does it say he could be cheap?
Is he out of contract this summer?
If not then we should be starting a bidding war between all those clubs who are interested in signing him.
For so long now we have mainly be taken for a ride with the prices we have sold our players for. Sometimes I think the actual amount we get for them comes second to the fact that we are getting their wages off the books.
In fairness to Tan though he has been a lot tougher with buying teams than previous owners were.

Our only midfielder that actually wants to take people on....... We'd be mad to sell

Hes not out of contract in the summer he only signed a new deal last year didnt he?
We priced ourselves out of getting rid of him in January we shouldnt make the same mistake again.
The problem with selling him is it wont be reinvested in the team.

If there's one thing you can't fault noone on its his attitude. He works his socks off every game, he just hasn't got the quality to score is put a decent delivery in

Disagree, he rarely takes players on. His only trick is cutting inside early and playing wasteful balls in from about 40 yards from the bi line. He has neither the pace or strength to get to the bi line when he's 1 on 1.

Noone's attitude is spot on. Sadly he is inconsistent. I'd sell for a million.

Correct Polo, one week he gives a star performance, then goes hiding for weeks, a bit like Whitts.

i think Noone really cares for City, so does Whitts, and most of the players whove been here a long time.
As a squad we are too nice if anything we could do with one or two more players who are not afraid to dig out their team mates.

Noone is replicating how he performed for Plymouth, lots of effort and ball running with no end product.Happy for him to go.

Good player just in the wrong system.
In my eyes he is a 433 forward that can track back into midfield and do his bit. He is not Conway which is the type of player our system needs.

ye,sell him cheap and when he excels at his new club we can always blame Slade.

Sell him no end product but I sometimes feel he tries to hard thus it never comes off

Usually agree with your posts and might benefit from a different system, however when faced one on one with a defender with room systems are out the window he can't beat the man
