Pre season expectations

There was a thread on here asking what everyones expectations were for the season. The general consensus was mid table. We now find ourselves challenging for that 6th place play off spot. Granted there are a lot of teams in there but we are leading the pack yet there are still many on here calling for Slades head.

What do you expect from him? There aren't many managers available on a budget who will make much of a positive difference. I am no Slade lover but he deserves our backing and support.

With what Slade has to work with he is doing a good job no doubt.
