' CARDIFF CITY DIRECTORS/TO BE REMOVED OR RE-ELECTED '

As a shareholder I received this letter today.

To be held on December 21st 2015 at 11.30am to all Shareholders.

A letter came this morning that reads:

Please find enclosed a notice of a general meeting of the company convened to pass ordinary resolutions for the removal and re-election of the directors of the company. The resolutions will be decided by virtue of the vote of the majority shareholder alone but the meeting is being convened as required by the Companies Act.

The seven directors listed are:

Steve Borley
Derek Chee Seng Chin
Mehmet Dalman
Michael John Isaac
Meng Kwong Lim
Datuk Ek Seang Lye
Danni Rai

They will be removed as directors to be considered for immediate re-election.

But the contract says Sam must have a Director on there.

I haven't yet seen the notice sent to the Trust as a shareholder, but Sam's representative is not a director of Cardiff City Football Club (Holdings) so can't be removed at this meeting.

When I do get the notice and if I attend I will be asking , as a shareholder, for a summary of what exactly each of the directors listed does for CCFC. What is their day to day role at the club and how do they carry out their director's legal duties

Your right Keith, My mistake,But it in my opinion something to do with Sam trying to put someone on the holdings company as he has been trying to.

Only know Dalman and Borley. Who are the rest of them?

I don't expect that to happen But You can never say never with Tan in charge.

Well Annis, if it comes to a vote put a tick in the box next to Isaac, he's a leech the club could well do without.
