Owner Steve Morgan will sell Wolves if he receives a bid between £30million and £40million, according to the Press Association.

The Molineux chief would give the green light for an offer closer to £40million plus an agreement for significant investment into the club to improve and maintain Wolves and protect his legacy.

40 million for a club the size of Wolves sounds an absolute bargain. Even with an additional 30 million investment, that's only 70 million. A club the size of Wolves should always be at a minimum of Championship level and if they made it to the Premiership, the new owner would get his money back straight away.

Even if Tan gave CCFC away it would still have debts to him of £140m which I presume he would want repaid in some day?

These football clubs are not the golden goose that are portrait to be.
The Jacks as we Know are sooooooooooo well run , but how much have they really made ? When they go down, what wil they have gained ? not much. I few local directors who will have a life changing million pound or so, but the type of guys who can fork out £50 million are not interested in a 2% return.

Its an ego thing and there are not that many around.
