But tactically he is a dinosaur, the football is terrible we don't have many shots let alone score many goals goals, His signings have for the most part been poor. The club still has one of the bigger wage bills in the Championship and we should be doing better. The sooner Slade is gone the better.

We are now in a higher position, closer to the playoffs with more points than last year at the same stage even though Slade saw an upturn in results after he took over.
This achieved with Slade reducing the budget massively and trimming the squad by a quarter and wage bill far more than that.
Don't believe that he has taken us backwards. Get a bit of positivity going and the players might follow on.

Great post. Shame about the sh*t football, low crowds & dire atmosphere. Must be because Uncle Fester is such a charismatic, dynamic and inspiring manager. Oh, hang on ...

Neil, we are 10th and slipping down the table with our lowest crowds ever in the New stadium, that for me says it all

nor
but I don't think he's going to improve us so we have nothing to lose by sacking him. If they are going to do it they need to do it now and not half way through January.

As for his signings..... Not many get much game time and the nucleus of the team are players who have been here some time.
Peltier aside it's not really Slade's side.
That's tells us two things.. That many of our players were already good enough (we all knew that given most had helped us get promoted previously) and that Slade is pretty useless at improving the playing personnel at this level.
And despite some moments of decent football We are horrible to watch, just horrible.
Slade has reached his glass ceiling .... Time for someone to come in and build on his hard work and add some technique and guile to his functioning side.
