A day for the strong boys

I know our pitch drains superbly, but its going to be heavy. I hope Slade plays to the conditions. Not a day for Noone, Mason or dare i say it Whitts.

Ralls on the left, Dikgacoi,Gunnar, Pilkington. We are going against a good central midfield in a fading Joey Barton and Billy Jones, a non stop runner in boyd. I wouldn't bring back Managa because it one of the few games we do need Morrisons physicality if Vokes is fit. so Pelteir,Morrison, Connelly and Malone. I'd start the new lad with Jones
