and i hope you all don't mind i am again going to post about another great experience with the club.
after the reading game i emailed asking if i could apply for free kids tickets for my local football club. i was told not a problem, but if adult wanted to attend it was £18 a ticket.
so i sent a few texts out to parents of the kids and had a relatively good response. i had 13 adults and 34 kids tickets requested.
so collected all the money and headed to the ticket office this morning, where once again the staff could not have been more helpful.
i requested the certain tickets be seated together. the young girl at the counter took the list of names and number of tickets off me and proceeded to go through the list and reserve all the required seats. i had expected her just block book them all and charge me as a group booking. but she took the time to do them individually and even put them all in separate envelopes with respective names put on them.
very pleased with the service received once again, now i am hoping for a good game, that a lot of these youngsters who are attending a game for the first time will enjoy.
