Who would you want coming in?

I am being pummelled with people saying that Slade has to go, but do any if you actually have a replacement lined up in your mind if that was to happen? I respect everyone's opinion's, just wondering.

Well I don't think he will be sacked unless we drop into a relegation fight.

I would say relegation is off the threat list for this season at least. Come the end of the season it would not surprise me if Slade is offered another years stay especially if we are comfortable mid table and we look like another mid table bet for next season. That gives Tan time to recoup some of his investment from the pyramid payments. Also it gives us a chance to stabilise the squad with more experience given to the likes of Ralls and perhaps one or two other.

So come the end of next season we could see a new manager in. By then I will be hoping Pullis will be available.

Either that or save cash and go with Trollope if hes gonna play the same way as Coleman does

Because i think he is a very good manager and has an attacking philosophy he did really well at Brentford he laid the foundations for where they are now and he got Wigan from midtable to the play offs and a cup semi final and had to let go some of his best players and had a young team which is why he struggled a bit in his second season and i think he would of turned it around eventually and Leeds didn't give him a chance at all.

Its a big appointment who ever it is the one thing with Slade is he will keep us out of a relegation battle. Lee Johnson was mentioned on here not long ago as a good young manager, Barnsley are now in the relegation zone. I'd wait until the summer not renew Kenwyns contract an us some of the 40,000 a week we ll save to get a proven championship manager in

But the whole reason some people want Slade gone is because he has no experience at this level. I would offer Bellamy a role on the coaching staff before throwing him right in the deep end.
