What the hell is wrong with this guy?
Why on earth would you change a system and team that won last game?
Why on earth would you pick a system and team that was failing massively which was leading us to create no chances and make us go games and games without scoring a goal?

Absoutely shocking managing this clown needs to go asap slade is a clown.

I accept he's limited; he probably knows himself he's no Alex Ferguson and as such he sticks with the same old formula because he's not capable of imagination. However, after seeing what happened during the Reading match given the fortunate intervention of a referee, I actually gave the guy undue credit and thought he'd have enough wisdom to look after his own back and pick the right selection for Derby. He didn't. Ok, granted Gunnar and Pilkington were out so he had an excuse, but, surely he could have forseen that against a formidable team away from home he had to go 4-5-1. His best option would have been to keep Ralls in the centre alongside Noone and Kennedy with O'Keefe and Digkacoi in a defensive position behind, in effect a 4-2-3-1. The guy is so clueless its criminal

To be a little bit fair to Slade, Pilkington and Gunnar were both unavailable, but that still doesn't excuse him putting Ralls out wide again or the 4-4-2.
I'm sure he's a nice bloke but he's just out of his depth. We've got some good players and an experienced manager such as Pearson, Warnock or even bloody Holloway would get much more out of the current team.

As I mentioned in my post Harold I accept that it was not Slade's fault Gunnar and Pilkington were out but I can blame him for bringing Whittingham back. He had much better options available.
