Lack of passion & team spirit was the problem once again today.

City were poor and at times outplayed by a very organized Derby team.

Marshall produced another fantastic performance making some fantastic saves throughout the game.

Passion & team spirit is the key to football, and I'm afraid our players aren't delivering any and it's starting to become a routine.

But what a great day on Carlos Coaches, great company with some great friends

Passion & team spirit is everything down from park football which I played for decades up to teams like Barcalona. Without it you have nothing and that is down to the manager.
Forget the lack of money - tactics, passion & team spirit is down to Slade.

Our players looked clueless on the pitch, shocking performance. But we had a good laugh & another great day out

It seems Slade has a preferred 11 but once an injury happens he loses confidence and goes for the 0-0 game plan.

That is bound to affect team confidence and the result is a passionless performance.

I would like to see us go for it a bit more and put faith in the starting 11 whoever that might be. Along the way things will go wrong, the 3-0 home defeat to Bolton last season springs to mind, but overall fortune tends to follow the bold.

We have nothing to lose now, come on Slade go for it!

How many of our better ASSETS will we still have come February????

They all know Slade is not the right man despite keeping us near the play off's.

They don't seem to want to play for him yet they know he is here until at least May!!!!

They all want to play good football, score goals and win games but with Slades selections and tactics they are treading water for the next 7 months.

Sadly Slades dire football and the antics of our club over the last few years has now got to some of our fans


Passion and desire is what made me fall in love with Cardiff City
