It was 2 mill i think but it was turned down or there wasn't much time for the deal to go through Noone basically said goodbye to the players.

Noone started season well yet couldn't get a starting place if my memory serves me right. Then he gets a starting place and inconsistent performances start. What message does that give? Play well and don't get picked. Play crap and don't get dropped. Look at Ralls v Reading. Man of match. His reward get moved from best position.
