IS can lookout now

Fri Nov 20, 2015 4:19 pm

Russia has now asked libya to close their airspace, which Libya have done, and Russia is now raining cruise missiles down on IS. Should not have poked the bear. Time to cut off the head of the scum, no oil no finance, so maybe it will stop the worldwide terrorists being financed

Libya got universal acceptance before it started and has brought basically zero positives.

Saddam deserved to die. What he did to the Iranians was worth invading and killing him, but we decided he was a loyal partner in the face of the powerful Shia's across the border. But hey ho, he decides to have a go at the Saudi's Kuwait and we come running. "Gas whoever you want, carry on, kill up to a million iranians as you fancy invading their country. But don't ever consider going near our chums in their robes in the desert".

If you agree with american foreign policy you are peaceful, if not you are terrorist.

With hindsight you can look back at our middle eastern policy and come to conclusion that we only ever get involved when it completely suits ourselves & USA. - Apart from Libya. And look what has happened there.

It now looks like russia has said it is going to carry out manouvers whatever an says that lebenon air space will grind to a halt "

Specialized authorities at Rafik Hariri International Airport received information from the Russian navy notifying them that they will be carrying out training and maneuvers for three days, starting midnight tonight, which will have a direct effect on Lebanon's airspace and will bring air traffic to and from Beirut's airport to a complete halt," the Lebanese government said in a statement.

"Lebanon will conduct negotiations with Cypriot authorities to provide a temporary air route. However, even if the Cypriots agree to that, most airlines will suspend their flights to and from Lebanon due to logistical factors."

Where is the wolf?

Agree with you though. We shouldn't get involved in middle eastern politics which is why I am against bombing Syria.

It's had made several threats to the West under their new Ayatollah and were thought to be heavily linked to terror cells in Lebanon at the time. Why the f**k should the West have jumped in to bail them out against Saddam? Of course you only go to war if 'it completely suits ourselves', why wouldn't we?
