Slade on young players out on loan...

20/11/15

I’m happy with their progress. We have 14 on loan.
We do a loan report every month on how our players are doing.
We speak to relevant mangers so we are up to date with it.

I really want to see O sullivan and Jazzi given a chance on the the back end of this season at least. :thumbright: :ayatollah:

thing is, if we continue to be fighting within touching distance of the top 6 i dont think we will.

I think its more likely that they will stay are Newport for the rest of the season

They should have some cameos or at least on the bench.

i disagree.

it seems more likely that o sullivan in particular will eventually move away from the club. JBB is a little younger i think so has a bit more time.

Be honest and completely honest .. If we were playing last 3 games and 6th in league, u would want to play youngsters who have very little experience over whitts, Gunnarsson, Ralls, peltier and so on? ...........Honestly?

Why not that's the whole point is for them to get experience with the first team and just put them on near the end of the game nothing heavy.

If we are hanging onto a 1-0 lead with 5 minutes to go, and we need to win make play offs you think it's a good idea to bring on an inexperienced player (who may not be good enough) just to give him game time to see what he's like?
