LIVERPOOL 'IN FOR BIGLIA'
Liverpool are eyeing a move for Lazio midfielder Lucas Biglia, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Italian newspaper say Jurgen Klopp will make a move for the 29-year-old Argentine in the January transfer window as the German looks to stamp his mark on the Liverpool squad.
Biglia scored in Argentina's 1-0 win over Colombia on Tuesday evening.
BOURNEMOUTH IN FOR DAVIES?
Hull defender Curtis Davies is a £3m target for Premier League strugglers Bournemouth, according to the Daily Mirror.
Former Aston Villa defender Davies, 30, sees his contract run out with the Championship club in the summer.
Bournemouth are currently 18th in the Premier League with eight points from 12 games.
'CHELSEA WANT BERAHINO'
Chelsea have added Saido Berahino to their list of striker targets and are considering a £20million bid in January, according to the Daily Telegraph.
The West Bromwich Albion man, 22, has scored three goals this season after being reintegrated into the squad following a summer saga which saw him close to moving to Tottenham.
Berahino, who scored 20 goals in all competitions last term, sees his contract run out in the summer of 2017.
NO ISSUES WITH CHESTER
Tony Pulis has told unsettled James Chester to be patient after struggling for game time at West Brom.
Chester signed for the Baggies for £8million in the summer, but hasn't started in the Premier League since the opening day.
Pulis said: "I've spoken with him and he's absolutely fine. James wants to play and I understand that, but he's a very important member of the squad.
"There are no problems and we are looking forward to this weekend's game against Arsenal."
HIGUAIN GOING NOWHERE
Gonzalo Higuain is not looking to move away from Napoli, according to the striker's agent.
He told TuttoNapoli.net: "We're doing really well with Napol. I've been in Argentina for five months, I'm not travelling around the world trying to sell my brother."
"If tomorrow a club arrived and found an agreement with [Napoli president Aurelio] De Laurentiis, it would be another matter and we would talk with him about it, but from our part that intention isn't there. We aren't planning a future elsewhere."
