ANYONE FEEL PUT OFF GOING TO FRANCE NEXT SUMMER?

Tue Nov 17, 2015 6:28 pm

I have been planning on taking my son to France next summer to watch Wales at the european championships but now i feel a bit uneasy about it all because of the risk of terror attacks ..... is anyone else out there who was going thinking the same thing too?

No I will not let those scumbags stop me from watching my country in a major tournament. This is something I have dreamed of witnessing, terrorists want us to be scared, want us to stop doing the things we love doing through fear, f**k them I won't let the bastards win.

Got to agree with this, but would I take my children? No. Is there a right or wrong thing to do here, no it's down to the individual. What I will find difficult is leaving these shores and a wife who will no doubt worry, yes that will be hard.

Defiance and solidarity and continuing our every day life is no doubt what we must all strive to do, but in reality it's only natural that some people will approach things with more caution. It's still very raw :sad7:

What most of us thought was a possibility is now becoming reality. More details will come out about the above, am not even sure if euro 2016 will happen :sad7:
