He had no chance at Blackpool, wasn't a great manager at brum but had problems there as well. He did however give a lot youngsters and lower division players a chance at brum which they are now benefiting from. Not the job for him.

Seemed to do well at Huddersfield, but struggled, (for one reason or another), at a higher level.

He's a poor manager at this level, wrong appointment for Fulham as he'l take them backwards, I wouldn't leave him in charge of taking my dog for a walk let alone a football club.
