Planted evidence, whoever planned these attacks needs the watching world to believe an ISIS element orchastrated it.

Syrian and Egyptian passports apparently found at the scene of the massacres

So they can cross borders if they need to when on the run.

I guess the simple answer might be they are looking to escape after committing they're sickening crimes, however, we can consider this group to be a suicide squad so not sure if a passport is needed on their person.

This is true, to play the detective I ask a question

Why didn't they all have there passports on them? Seems odd that some apparently did, and others didn't, Only a Syrian & Egyptian pp found

Well that's bollocks, they blew themselves up. Why would they need their passports to go on the run when they were wearing a suicide vest?

I believe they had their passports on them so that their journeys could be traced here from Syria. This is a massive victory for the islamic state, they told us that they had planted militants among the refugees. Without the passports it would have been quite difficult for the authorities to make the link between the attackers and refugee boats. It's very clever.

They have brought the front line to Europe, it's a scary thought but this is just the beginning.

That is interesting, ISIS do not want local populations leaving Syria. If this was planned by them, then the wave of anti-migrant feeling plays into their agenda.

I have no strong opinion on what has happened, the connection between Syrian national & the voyage to Paris he took was aired very quickly by media, I do feel that is no coincidence

I don't think it's planted. Apart from the times when I've settled and lived in a country rather than holiday it then I would always carry either my passport or driving licence with me. It's just the normal thing to do isn't it ?

I don't think you take all the normal things out with you if your about to embark on a suicide mission. It was a deliberate attempt to say to the world they infiltrated Europe and that they can bring the front line right into the west.

Isis want the passports to be found so the nutters will be martyred and proves Isis are behind it

But also you do need keep ID on you for things like getting into a football stadium. Even on many games in this country the ticket says 'you maybe asked for I.D on entry' and the person was stopped at the gate wasn't he.

Sorry but it seems that this is the latest excuse by some to divert the issues that many of them come over on a boat

I thought ISIS had claimed that they orchestrated it?

Or was that planted as well?

No I agree with you, I believe that at least some of the attackers came over from Syria. I am saying they deliberately had their passports on them to prove this. Otherwise it would be very hard to trace this man without it.

Sorry I'm just hearing many from the left as usual spouting off their completely unproven conspiracy theories just to protect the boat people rather than the safety of the rest of us

To show the world they are serious on carrying through on their threat.

By leaving a passport behind they've shown the world that they mean business.

A few months back they threatened to sneak in terrorists as refugees and now they've done exactly that.

The passports are a sign of evidence to show that they did exactly that. Its similar to the mafia leaving a horses head in the bed to show that they mean business and will carry through on their threats as well.
