Excuse my stupidity but can you explain what it means please?

I was looking at the banner last night, from the grandstand. They seemed to have a lot of difficulty placing it, though by half time I could read it. Couldn't work out what it meant, though. Seeing the words here, the penny has dropped!

I read it like this;

They are staying at home from the Euros,

We are going for the first time,

If we want advice, they can give it.

They wish us luck.
