Many saying how well he played. I don't. He was awful. Good goal and that's where he is at his best and it is up to the rest to provide him with the Service as he can't do a lot with his back constantly to the goal. He needs crosses in to attack the ball but rarely do our players get to the byline. Nonne a case in point ALWAYs cuts in. However, Jones is extremely lazy as well as unfit. He must remember the rule, bass and then MOVE. Too often he just stands just looking.
In addition, off playing on the other side of the world again playing just after we have had to cope with his injury. No wonder with all this travelling he is always jaded.
He needs to stay, train with the team regularly and prepare properly for the champonshio matches. He better not get Injured again.

He is a hassle for every defender Jones hasn't got the body to track back like what many fans want him to do but he is one of the best in the air and drags defenders to make space for his other striker that's why Mason was scoring.

lazy fucker but has so much more about him that mason. At the very least i'd like to see him have a run of games. Pump him full of Naproxen and wheel him out on the pitch.
