' Excited Cardiff City fans react to Idriss Saadi making the bench against Reading '
07-11-15
BY GARETH ROGERS
Mysterious Cardiff City striker Idriss Saadi is on the bench for today's match against Reading. Here's how that news went down among fans on social media
Idriss Saadi could make his Cardiff City debut, after being named on the bench against Reading.
The French striker, signed in the summer transfer window, has been out injured since he arrived in South Wales but he could be the man to end the Bluebirds' goal drought, which could stretch to nine hours today.
Firstly, that responsibility will fall to star striker Kenwyne Jones, who returns after the shin injury he picked up on international duty with Trinidad and Tobago last month.
Anthony Pilkington comes in for the suspended Peter Whittingham as Joe Ralls moves into centre midfield with the former Norwich man and Craig Noone playing wide.
The defence is the same as the one that played at Leeds last Tuesday and Joe Mason joins Jones up front.

Little rusty but has pace and is strong, my worry is that he will be injury prone. His hamstring went yesterday

Don't you remember the good old days when we used to get excited by players from the Danish league?
