Speaking to my uncle who's county through and through season ticket holder for 45 years ,he saying ,tommys got ability but goes missing in games ,holds on to the ball a bit too much and lacks stamina at the moment but thinks he could be a great player in the future ,he's happy they've got theses players tho ,it can only be a good thing loaning these players out tho

He has the talent, but can his game adapt.

I watched one episode of a free style footballing show with Wayne rooney (on a plane) and he said to one of the kids it may have been a girl that "he couldn't do the tricks, because he was just a footballer"

league 2 is just the place for him, its tough there, but he has an unfair advantage in ability, does he have the physicality or desire ? He is in the trenches as a centre midfielder, the game is changing, but when i saw Whitts push Jonny Williams off the ball, not that much though.

It's the stamina that my uncle says he's lacking the most but that could come in the future he is definitely not ready for first team football in the championship
