They obviously had this tied up before sacking powell, same can be said for qpr appointing warnock,

More management news as Huddersfield Town have appointed David Wagner as their new head coach.
Wagner, who was the best man at Jurgen Klopp’s wedding, joins the Terriers after leaving Borussia Dortmund II last week and takes over from Chris Powell.
