Absolutely agree, but for every Burgstaller you have a Daehli, a Guerra, an Adeyemi, a Morrisson, a Brayford and now a Kennedy. If a player's got even a smigeon of class about them they're shown the door by Slade. Which does make me wonder how he puts up with Marshall and Manga mind!

We persisted with Dikachew through his year of doing nothing injured. Does it seem like all that time was worth it?. He's 31 in 3 weeks time. He just seems like a run of the mill, bog standard midfield player to me. Nothing special whatsoever. And hes on big wages.

Injured again. Not his fault but surely we could see buying a injury prone, oldish player had its risks.

Burgstaller reminded me of thomas hitzlsperger. He could have been good for us I think. Taking the pressure of Whittingham as well.

At the moment we are playing boring english style attacking football and players with flair have either been sold or are not playing.

He might well have been a very good player for us, but if the manager who signs him isnt using him in not too sure what we are meant to think. Certainly not something i would use against Slade anyway

I was unsure on the little I seen of him, looked like he could make something happen but lacked that bit of extra pace. The fact he couldn't even get on the bench when we had 3 CB's on it though was more than stupid
