Uwe Rosler? What When Why???

I constantly see people on this forum link this guy to us but what has he done that is so fantastic exactly? He was very poor at Wigan and Leeds so don't understand where everyone is coming from with this?? Surely a Hasselbaink or someone up and coming and exciting is the way I would like to go forward.. Only problem is I get the feeling Slade is here for a good while yet..

Hasslebaink is proving himself in the lower leagues with tiny Burton. Ole on the other hand only proved himself in a league none of us know or care about. Myself personally would welcome Jimmy here.

Id take Jimmy Cricket over the donkey in charge now.

I think Rosler is a decent manager he was doing well when he first came into Wigan but wasnt given time to turn it around when they fell off in his second season Leeds doesn't count for me that club is a shambles or i would like Gareth Ainsworth.

I just can't see it guys sorry.. He plays a very boring brand of football and whilst I hear what your saying about Hasselbaink and ole having similarities bit surely Hasselbaink has a better understanding of English football than ole (saying that my 4yr old son understands football better than ole did lol ).. We need an exciting manager or dare I say it???? Bellars????

I think it's too early for Bellamy at the moment and would be too much of a gamble.

However I can see why people would want him as manager:-

Local boy with genuine connection to the club
Passionate and opinionated
Would be likely to play a more attacking style of football
Would be looking to prove himself as an up and coming manager
Would be unwilling to take too much shit from Tan.

I'm sure it will happen one day - just not yet.

The reason you see his name around here a bit is because a few of the posters know him
