I never wanted him as manager. Pulis was my first choice and then a list of others. I now think we should either give the job to Trollope or appoint someone like Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, who has had great success with Burton. Slade hasn't improved US with his signings, his style of football is negative and he hasn't brought out the best in players. Above all, we are never going up under his control. Tan appointed him and must take direct responsibility. The time to get rid of him is now! I wanted to give him a chance, but I was mistaken.
