Would you take Dave Jones back instead of Slade?

I was 1 of the few who never wanted Jones gone in the 1st place but I would be interested to know now that he has gone was he as bad as people think , we were always competitve under Jones , he worked wonders on a shoestring budget , we played good attacking football, Whitts was really good under him (played in correct position), he was a misrable guy but thats understandable considering what he went through with the media before.
So my queston would you have Dave Jones back

100% definite.Dave jones brand of football had people on the edge of their seats.He brought exciting players here for peanuts and we were the great entertainers of the championship.Get Bellamy in with him to learn and motivate the players.

I wanted Jones gone for all of the reasons you have set out above.

It goes to show how low I rate Slade when I say that yes, I would prefer the scouse moaner to the school teacher.

The football is awful . beyond parody at present ! I would take anyone other than this dick.Quite frankly watching CCFC at present is an ordeal, no joy or anything remotely promising.

I think he done well at Bristol Rovers when he managed them, liked to play good football as well. he has since worked with a few managers and with some guidance he could do well.

As ive said elsewhere I think giving him the job to be reviewed in January would make sense and not us anything.

i guess it would be the automatic choice should Slade leave, but im not too sure why Trollope isn't taking some of the criticism for our performance
