Under the current circumstances, this sounds the best option. Gunner's has been poor, giving away possession too easily, and Ameobi is more useful late on, although i'd like to see something of Kennedy again.

Pilkington has the ability to do something through the middle.
Or give Okeefe a chance instead of Noone. Play Pilkington on the wing and play 3 central midfielders.

Tell ameobi and Kennedy to stay out wide to give the three midfielders an outlet the two wide men must take players on and get to the byline then get crosses in that Jones can attack
It's a 4.5.1 in defence that is a 4.3.3. In attack
