Driving up through Merthyr - RIP

Driving back home up through Merthyr today - past the Merthyr Rugby club, the road up to the Bypass and lots of floral tributes and Bluebirds tops next to the wall on the hill?

Don't drive home that way usually.

I may have missed the RIP on here ? as flowers look a few days old? so sad.
