' WHAT NEXT FOR CCFC? '

Tue Nov 03, 2015 9:46 pm

Leeds 1-0 Cardiff City.

Attendance 17,914

What next for our club, We have now gone 3 league games without a win

Poor performance against a poor Leeds side tonight who haven't won at home since last March, with City only managing 2 shots on target

Leeds dominated most of the game & continued attacking late on with Chris Wood hitting the side netting, City were sloppy and struggled to keep possession.

We all expected 3 points tonight or at least a draw against a struggling Leeds side, very disappointing.

Something must change ASAP if we are to move forward.

Our travelling fans deserved much better, Safe Journey home to them all. Respect :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Reading on Saturday next up, what can we expect after tonight?

If anyone 'expected' a win tonight it shows how ridiculous the expectation levels are. Never expect to win any game in this league no matter who you are.

Looking at the stats of.... not conceding in 4, Leeds haven't won at home in 8 months and we haven't lost to them since 1984.
The way I look at things like that is 'it's going to end at some point'

Slade has to go. He's steadied ship but has not got any tactical understanding.

Mason, unless we get a striker that can score we are going to struggle, I can't see where the next goal is going to come from, then we need to get some decent serice to our strikers, defensively we are fine, :ayatollah:

Defensively we are not fine, we are OK because its basically an 8 man non attacking formation.

Its going to be ugly on Saturday......

Slade has made mistakes I'm not going to deny that, Ravel was an awful signing and continuing to play him could be considered as negligence.

However, if we change the manager now we will have to go through another transitional period and watch the new manager make mistakes before getting it right.

I'm still willing to give Slade time but he has a responsibility to admit his own mistakes and take action to put it right. Showing Ravel the door would be a good start. Sending Doyle out on loan looks a terrible decision now although I accept he wasn't a guaranteed solution, but I do strongly believe he would have been thousand times better than Ravel.

Turning on the side now would be self defeating they need us and we should respond.

I always say this to the guys i go to the games with. I look at the teams in the play offs now and we are nowhere near Hull, Derby, Boro, Burnley. We were in a false position in and around the play offs. With the current regime and squad we are a c.14th placed team at best. Mid table mediocrity with no ambition to do feck all.

Slade was the wrong man to be appointed

It has split the supporters once again

When will Tan ever learn
