Totally agree, more would go away in Division 4, sadly we have lost a lot of the fans due Tan and his antics etc which have broken our club.

Shocking tactics and performances don't help.

I asked and they said quite a few,but plenty of space if fans want to attend.
No more would of gone.
Spoke to Vince earlier,he is shocked and hurt by how bad our away support is nowadays.
222 went to Ipswich including 50 comps, which only 20 were actually used.
Vince was saying he took an average of 8 coaches away in the Premier League and even on night matches.
In the 80s & 90s when we were getting 1,500 -4,000 home gates, we we taking regularly 600 to places like Hartlepool on Saturdays and about 150 to Halifax/Rochdale on night games.

that live up in the midlands/north, 222 to Ipswich was shocking aswell, you would have thought 100 of that would have been from London and the East.
I personally think Wales qualifying for the Euros has had an effect mind, how many people are skipping these matches and saving the £100 minimum it costs to go towards a trip to the South Of France next year? I for one am scaling back on away trips for this reason. Might sound like a cop out but I think there is some truth to it.
You also have to ask what the Club are doing to help, its games like this where the club should do something like offer free travel, personally if I was running a Football Club I would offer free travel for all midweek fixtures to the fans, It would have meant that today would have cost somebody £35 and a half day off work instead of £70+ and a half day off work. If we could have filled 8 coaches through the supporters club and other travel groups we could have taken 500+ and it would have cost the club what? £9-10k not even a weeks wages for most of our squad.
Some very good thoughts.
An absolute mess all round.

Thats more than true.
Yet our fans paid £45-£55 at quite a few away grounds in the Premier League and we sold out .

People will always find money for the premiership. I remember paying over £50 for four away games on the trot, but can fans justify paying it for the championship?
