" Blatantly obvious yet why not ask "

250,000 on a database, 13,000 attending, media and articles almost only a daily basis with regards stay away fans. All have different opinions and for me it's a combination. But as a Business and with the amazing benefit of having most of the customers details, why not do the blatantly obvious and simply ask everybody why they no longer attend?

You will get mixed responses, some genuine and some not but the guesswork could stop and the real reason our main reasons will be there in black and white. The club can then look at how threy tackle this and what needs addressing most. Look, your going to get a big drop, it's football but the shocking statistic of over 10,000 less than the last bristol game is something that needs addressing. Some issues can't be resolved, but some can.

The first target should be those you did not renew.

South Wales is not a large professional sports spectator area. We like to ride a positive wave, but rarely fully commit.

The new stadium, a feeling of positivity, football fans in south Wales were scarred they were missing things.

Tan was so badly advised its commercially catastrophic, i doubt even the most knowledgeable Cardiff historian would have forecast the effect of all the shenanigans.

I think asking those fans would be a good start, but how many would really be truthful, we all love a martyr.

Blue, Addidas and Tan being absent is a good start, but we must get this season out the way first. We still have a lopsided, expensive squad paid well beyond their real value, hence why we can't shift them on and we must wait until their contract expire to get rid of them..... So Slade, who i believe is merely a caretaker has his hand firmly tied.

Next season a big name home town boy with a history of brutal honesty my be Tans ace, with a hefty war chest......Who knows what that will do.

Personally i think a lot didn't renew coz of prem and price freeze. Remember last year renewal would of been when we were still in prem and this year was end of price freeze. But 99% of those asked would never admit it
