They have already on loan 2 City players and have climbed out of the bottom 2, now Feeney and co sign Premier player on loan

DONACIEN RE-JOINS NEWPORT

Janoi Donacian has signed for Newport County on a two-month loan deal from Aston Villa.

Defender Donacian, 21, spent a month with County in September, and returns to link up with the League 2 side again.

What's with these 1/2 month loans? Several clubs throughout league have done it recently Is it worth it?

Depends on the quality you sign. We had Ramsey on loan for a month and went unbeaten including an away with at Swansea

True but went downhill after that! Lost momentum maybe we wouldn't have if he hadn't come in 1st place?

Talk that Tommy O'Sullivan wants to extend his loan there. 2 games , 1 goal, 1 assist...2 wins. He has clearly had an effect.

Spoke to a Newport fan this week who said he has turned their season round. Spoke very highly of him.

Tommys just enjoying 1st team football. I don't believe Slade thinks hes ready. Which is a shame as id love to see him given a chance. I work with his best mate and he said Tommys itching to get a chance

Are they spending money they haven't got Annis ? Pot kettle black from a CCFC fan I know but it could be trouble for them unless there fans turn out in numbers.

Surely if you have a chance to sign a class player for z2 months and he gains u 12 points then a short term loan is working for u

2 months on loan to a football league team will give you much more experience than 8 months of reserve football.
the loan out time is a good reflection of how close the player is to the first team.
