BT - By far the worst service..

They just threatened my father that they will send debt collectors around.

This is for payment of one months work of business costs, not that much. Considering the fact he has actually already paid it, I found it to be a bit of a shock that a company as large as BT, trying to come across as the new golden boys of sport, resort to threatening small businesses with sending paid henchmen around.

I've experienced their customer service once. Utter shit.

My father spends half his working day trying to sort stuff out with them.

The companies too big and they simply do not care about the small guy. money, money, money.

Worst is, BT are buying EE. So even more people are due to experience the "customer service"

BT & SKY - money grabbing twats

Had a big problem with them when I moved to Edinburgh. Boy in the call centre couldnt understand what I was telling him and made a big error. Trying to then explain said error to some other fella was even more of a nightmare.
