KENWYNE JONES

It’s been said before but if you had Alex Revell’s effort and industry injected into Jones then Cardiff would boast a pretty formidable centre-forward.

Jones is currently nursing injury and there is a case of damned if you do, damned if you don’t for Slade with the big Trinidadian.

If his shoulders are drooping, his refusal to run sets a tone and a tempo for the side, although he posseses the goal threat that Revell simply does not have at this level.

It needs spelling out how crucial he can be, not just because of his own record in front of goal but what he can do for others.

Jones is 31 now and needs to take on more responsibility as a leader of the side.

Jones is laid back to the point of being lazy, like you pointed out,he's 31 and in my opinion to old to change

very rare to get a target man who runs all the time they need to save they're energy for when we do attack

Much Better than Revell.

Very harsh.

His work rate has been better this season.

Our best striker and when he's at his best, one of the hardest to deal with for defenders.
