Because the game last night was dreadful, I spent some time looking at the respective managers in their technical areas, where as Cottrell was animated and barking out instructions to his players, Slade just stood there, looking lost and completely out of his depth, he needs to go now

I was sat behind him during the Boro game and he was very animated. Another silly reason to have a pop at Slade.
