I've not started a thread for a while but last night's game was so dire I had to make comment this morning.
For me that performance, coupled with last week's incredibly lucky result, took me back to the run we had last season when most fans were deliberately trying to walk under buses on their way out of the ground.
There was absolutely nothing last night to enthuse about (apart from the laughs raised by the half time spinning penalties). It comes to something when the crap efforts at the interval become the highlight of a night out watching football.
I could go on for ages about individual performances and only Fabio can be forgiven on the basis of his efforts in previous games. Whoever said Mason was going to turn into a 20 plus goalscorer is deluding himself and I just can't see those kind of displays getting us anywhere near the playoffs, bad League this year or not.
My circumstances have changed now, so I'm travelling from Carmarthen for home and away games and boy is it going to be difficult if we return to the type of performance we all hated last season.
