Pre Match Atmosphere Planning

Is there any?
Does someone at the club actually sit down and work out how to get the atmosphere in the ground started.
I am sure that the young lady who sang last night would be great on a stage at a concert etc but to get her to sing "Hey Jude" at a match where we are playing another team called "City" was ridiculous.
When they played M of H, no words for those that do not know them and the song was cut short.
No "I'll be there"
What are the people who run our club thinking of.
Planning and Prepartaion prevent piss poor performance, on and off the pitch - sort this mess out
I won't even mention the game as that has ben covered by other posts
