You can't turn on him after one game and 4 points in two games, absurd. Granted dire but 3 points of second spot!! We are missing a few players that have clearly been the difference.

This extra X factor could come from Tan actually allowing Slade to sign someone. We all know Slade wanted a midfielder but was then told that he had enough midfielders, despite already loaning Adeyemi out.

Slade hasn't been given a penny to spend this season and we will only be able to bring in this extra X factor if Tan gives Slade at least a bit of backing to improve our squad. We need another Gary O'Neill/Jason Koumas on loan, someone a class above to run games.

Slade has cut the wage bill enough, a portion of the wages we are saving must go towards strengthening our squad, otherwise we will slide down the table.
