Scored another two tonight, just wish we had sent Scott Young out on loan instead of Guerra

He's gone now, let's move forward

Re: GUERRA

The complicated Championship wasn't for him. His hart wasnt in it. He was a disruptive force. Ole didnt play him either.
He was Tans signing. He wanted to leave, Didn't like to train with the under 21`s. He was shit in that cup game.
La Liga is for pussy's, its not like the hard ass championship. He Only scored 6 goals n 7 games. God riddance...

How would i know? Especially after his failings in the special brand of championship.. Probably his insanely high wages joining us from top dollar Valladolid.. 2000% pay raise in Oles Candy shop.. You are right! Different level scoring against Millwall than Barcelona :old:

I'm in Mallorca at the moment and many Spanish are stunned that he never made it at Cardiff.

100% Tans signing, even though I even rated him.

I dont even care. Its a massive co&k up forcing him out! All the excuses in the world have been put up to justify it..

I think under the right management he would have been a great player & a top Goalscorer :ayatollah:

Banged goals in for fun for me on football manager....

Re: GUERRA

Guerra was a bad egg in the camp it was a simple as that

Re: GUERRA

Sat Oct 24, 2015 10:57 am

Wez, he certainly was not, the biggest problem was young who could have pulled any of the 11 off in that cup game, and to publically slag off two players when young should have kept it in house Guerra would have every tright to be upset, players were pinging the ball at him waist high at 100 mile another, there are not that many premiership players could have controlled the balls that were chucked at him that night

a player that I know said he was mopping around training ,whinging all the time and was just unhappy at Cardiff ,ole and slade didn't play him ,so must be some truth in it

Re: GUERRA

People forget that initially he said he wouldn't come here because we'd been relegated . I don't think he was at all committed from the start. If Ole actually signed him, then why didn't he play him?

Re: GUERRA

Sat Oct 24, 2015 1:29 pm

He never said that! what he did say was that he would come to us at the end of the season whatever league we were in, as it was we ended back in the championship, and he came to us. As I said his days were numbered after Young had Slades ear. If you keep slagging someone off people will believe there is something in what they say

   and no other player is capable of scoring against barca? bet its harder scoring against Millwall aswell!

Move on mun.

Re: GUERRA

Sat Oct 24, 2015 8:01 pm

I remember reading that he said first of all that he didn't want to come to us when we went down and then changed his tune. Young was wrong to pick on him and Kim after that game, but we need to look to the future and young players like O'Sullivan, Healey and Barnum-Bobb.

No wonder he wanted to leave the club if they had him doing cleaning duties ("mopping" around training)rather than playing football

Didn't help by the time Solskjaer took over Cala and Guerra didn't speak to anyone else. Neither player spoke English nor made any attempt too. Just enjoyed living in the Hayes appartments payed for by the club and seeing their bank balances rise.

Both Gabbs and McNaughton have mentioned relationship with squad on instagram too.

They were bad eggs and I was told this from a player ,they thought they were better than everyone ,the thing is with us fans we do not know the goings on behind the scenes of the club ,he might of been a good player but his attitude definitely let him down

Re: GUERRA

Mon Oct 26, 2015 1:09 pm

Its quite sad he wasn't given a chance, not even on the bench with 3 defenders on the bench at times.

Not saying he would have done it in the championship but a small chance for him would have helped. Thought he looked very sharp the little I seen of him.

Very relavent point there, this is perhaps something that managers in the real world need to consider

Re: GUERRA

I know Nubs. Always think managers should look at the modern day FM players. Could offer new insight into players to sign or how to play current players to their strengths....
