' Slade defends Swansea boss '

Cardiff City manager Russell Slade has defended Swansea boss Garry Monk after a run of six matches without a win.
Slade condemned as "absolutely ridiculous" questions raised about the future of Monk after Swans slipped to 14th in the Premier League.
"We should not even be talking about it, the man has done a fantastic job," said Slade.
He added that he was frustrated at the way managerial sackings had become "an entertainment" in football.

I agree with you Jon, but Slade has made a very honest comment here, which is refreshing. This is more about Slades valid comment on the way managers are sacked after only short runs of bad form.
It would be interesting to me whether Monk would respond positively to Slades compliment!!!
