He plays on the left...

Wed Oct 21, 2015 9:12 am

I wasn't at the game last night but heard whitts had a blinder on the left.

At MK Dons in the cup ralls ran the game in the middle and we fell apart when he went off.

Do you think we should swap these two and play whitts left midfield and ralls central?

A blinder?! Don't know what game they were watching! Slightly better than usual, although that doesn't say too much. He had a good shot and a good cross 1st half, didn't do a huge amount else. Seems a bit slow to be playing on the wing for me, Noone impressed me a great deal though.

Noone impressed me for about 5 minutes out of the 90 and that was it ...... and should have been taken off
Whitts has his limitations but he knows how to play the game
A feature of our improved midfield performances so far this season is that players interchange positions and cover each other
Upfront is where we have a problem as everybody knows

Might have had some bad info haha... The echo gave him an 8, but those clowns have no idea!

I would still like to see ralls in the middle though.

And yeah noone has been far too inconsistent for far too long, we should have sold him to Norwich for 3mill when we had the chance. I'd rather see kennedy given a chance.

I was against Ralls being on the wing but I can see why he plays there now. I would still keep Whittingham at CM. Ralls is good at attacking as well as defending, when Whittingham is further ahead than when he should be, Ralls covers well. Ralls also when given the opportunity, attacks very well, look at Malone's goal vs QPR, a fantastic ball.

Agree whitts does give enough cover
