Irrespective of Jones being out - Revell should have started. Ameobi is not fit but is a really good impact player - especially with his pace when defenders are staring to tire. Right with everything ur saying there fella. Ameobi is no way a central striker and never played there before in his life but slade decides to play him there even tho he was shit there last game. Slade makes pathetic decisions like this and this is why we are gonna miss out on valuable points all season and end up mid table again.

Do you not believe that part of the deal with Newcastle would be to give him x amount of games there. Did we not loan Declan John out to play further forward and that was the focal point of the deal ?

I agree with you though he is not a centre forward.
