Expected more,on the night ordinary performance, but it Never

Tue Oct 13, 2015 8:52 pm

Expected more,on the night ordinary performance, but it never stopped the great celebrations and we won 2-0 v Andorra.

Ramsey and Bale both scored :ayatollah:

Still in the stadium celebrating with 33,000 Welshmen dancing and singing :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
Great celebrations at the final whistle and for 20 mins after :ayatollah:

Belgium's win over Israel meant Wales had to settle for second place in the group, yet it mattered little to the success-starved supporters.

The team deserved to qualify and made us proud. :thumbright: :thumbright: :ayatollah:

Now we can all look forward to France next year. :D

Still need the Cardiff boys to score the goals!

Not sure where the goals will come from if either Bale or Ramsey get injured.

Still, that's not important right now. Enjoy the night everybody.

It just Wouldnt happen tonight but ultimately it wasn't about if we beat them by 5 or 2, it was the occasion and it felt quite surreal. Can't wait for france

Momentous achievement!

Coleman played a changed squad so must have learned something about his players. Johnny W in particular was full of trickery and showed great commitment. He wouldn't fare as well with a more agile opponent but definitely worth including.

The great thing is the team spirit and no showing of egos by our stars. That made for a balanced and committed approach from front to back.

Ash W was immense again. The spine of Henessey, Ash, Allen, Rambo and Bale are all quality players. Where we have really cracked it is in including players who are not top flight as real contributors. Ledley, Robson Kanu, etc have played out of their skins!

In the cold light of day after the tremendous effort and celebrations we can now assess the squad going forward and it is really not ready for a tournament.

We were lucky that Bosnia had such a poor start.

But its about time the luck went out way and any country deserves to qualify after taking 4 points off Belgium.

Bloody hell that was badly written. Oops. Not what I meant obviously. Ledley has had a great tournament. I didn't mean to imply he's less than top notch. And he's a Cardiff boy too. :bluescarf:
