' Wales November friendlies '

WalesOnline saying we're in talks to play Portugal at the Millennium Stadium, while Polish radio stations are apparently reporting we're playing them in Warsaw on the 13th.

Personally I would love to go to Poland, but I can't see me being able to make it. However, both would be good tests for the team!

yeah good draw. especially with a superstar like ronaldo but the team overall (portugal) arent what they used to be.

Went to Warsaw with Wales around 2001 and it was rough as f**k. The dark side of me loved it through

Exactly! It could be easily marketed by the FAW as "Bale v Ronaldo" to get a big crowd in the Millennium, but Portugal aren't exactly the best team! While Poland, although its away, are a decent team and would be a good game for the team

Poland is one of those away games I want to visit, I was just hoping it wouldn't be this soon

Being frogmarched for miles by police only too happy to use their force and getting ambushed in the bars and fireworks being shot at you in the away end isn't at the top of my agenda for away trips these days

Definitely! If those two are the friendlies, they will be good indications of what level we're at now. Even though, in my opinion, Portugal are a poor side without Ronaldo, with him they are still decent
