So looking at FB, the two clowns in question are FK Zeljeznicar ultras called the 'Maniacs'. Their local rival is FK Sarajevo which Vincent Tan owns, so I guess nicking a Cardiff flag is a big deal for them, as it provides a welcome moment of distraction before they return to their jobs of driving taxis pulled by horses.

Let's hope not for the sake of all the fans planning on traveling to France next year and for the Welsh FA who's fans are probably already being watched more closely than most because of previous troubles many years ago in just the same way as Cardiff's past will haunt us for years to come no matter how fluffy we try to be to away fans.
