I'm not sure why what we are paying players has any relevance at all. Are you suggesting that the only way we can improve on the current players is by buying players who are paid more than the current first team?

What is the point of buying any player who thinks that they won't be able to get into the first team because they are getting paid less than the first team players?

Surely what most teams try to do is find hungry young players from lower league teams who want the opportunity to show what they can do at a higher level regardless of what they are being paid?

A players wage is usually in line with the quality of that player. Unless a team is paying stupid money (Leeds and Seth Johnson comes to mind)

Yes every club wants to find these young hungry players for peanuts but there is an element of gambling involved when you do that. We did that with Doyle but it didn't really work out did it?

He won't play that much imo unless slades told to play him. We had a few like this tan signed for malky and never played so unless slades got no back bone then he will play weekly I'm guessing, saying that he could supprise us all and be decent who knows.

I don't agree I think Slade will play him or he will be on the bench after the international break because that's what Slade said he will be fit to play.

I don't agree I think Slade will play him or he will be on the bench after the international break because that's what Slade said he will be fit to play.

Let's hope he does and scores plenty of goals but I can't see it as slade didn't sign him like many others who have left under the last two managers.
