I'm pretty sure no one on here is in the same market as me - so it's ok to share this I guess
If you sell anything online etc - you want to know where your potential customers are - and more importantly what they are saying, then you can chime in with some advice etc and maybe get a sale or just help to get some free 'customer' PR etc.
It's even better when you can do it automatically as someone
- at least that's what I do - there's is a videohere that explains it all better than I can - all to do with social media monitoring etc - I've used it for the last month - and once setup - it works great for me - maybe of help to others on here
